Actualy I fished there Friday night and I was using a new rod with a baitcaster. I was fishing down south Saturday.

Thats cool though if that was a Steelhead smolt I cought on friday. I felt bad that I hooked the little sucker. It actualy bit kinda hard for a little guy like that.

If the animal is actually a threat call animal controll.That might solve your problem both ways.I own two dogs,that are very well behaved and do not apreciate peoples uncontrolled animals either but talking about killing,poisoning dogs.....

I do not know how you guys do it over there. I got tired of fishing with other people years ago and have dug deep into the back country to get away from it. it.I run into maybe 20 fishermen a year and like it that way.

Life is too short to put up with A-holes. Move on, but a dog that comes at me is a dead dog because most times I am with my boys. You thought Mama Bear was mean? Wait till you upset Papa Bear. There would be no discussion, just a shot, and I walk away.

If he can't control his dog at my favorite fishing hole I'll ask him to leave and if he doesn't leave there's Treaspass Laws therefore he can explain his actions to the Local Sheriff's Deputy maybe even getting a Free Ride in a Patrol Car to the nearest Crow Bar Hotel.

I've found the 99.9% of the fisherman and the Game Warden at my Fishiing Hole will back me up in this matter as I own the Fishing Hole in SW Washington.

Pepper spray sounds like a good idea. One squirt for each ought to do the trick.

Maybe I should just plan a couple of 5 man fishing trips to that hole. Or better yet, just post it on the internet as being one of the best holes in the northwest and post the location. Let him fish with 5000 people. I mean honestly.. Its a hole that is stocked with salmon for almost a month period. IM sure someone would be interested.
