hello all. Totally frustrated with gigged out Chinook holes down at the coast. Tired of the bu@# Sh** and am thinking maybe to pick up Steelhead fishing a little early this year. Deschutes is at a good level, as is the Sandy and Clack. Anyone have any input?

I think the John Day would be a good bet for a Steelie at this point in the season. Drag Warts or go up river and cast jigs.
