when you take a left at the 7400 line off the main road heading to the dam(i won't say which river, if you know the 7400 line you'll know which river) you cross a little wooden bridge over a tiny creek. i saw a few chum in there but i don't know the name of the creek, thus not knowing if it's open or any of the regs...anyone know this creek???

The creek you crossed is Schafer creek that pour into the Nooch I believe that is closed water I have fished and hunted that area for years. Scott

thanks for the heads up..really had the itch to go explore it, i'm sure it gets a few steelies, too..i actually saw a few guys walking up out of there last winter as i drove over the bridge...they actually offered me their leftover sandshrimp and stated that they c&r a few steelies..i think i'll leave the rods in the car and just wade it to take a look
