Heard some rumors of some great fishing for brats and silvers. Can anyone attest to this? Thanks in advance.

yes, i can attest to that. i hooked 8 steelhead and two silvers in one hole last sunday. there are way more fresh steelies than silvers, but the silvers that are there are up to 23 pounds.

Was just there Monday with my cuz, whom is a guide. hooked 7, landed 5 stealhead all hatcheries, nothing big, up to about 12 lbs. smile

As far as silvers go, they are in the upper part yea there are a few around , but just about done. So you have to make a choise , silvers up high or stealhead down by cook creek. beathead

Sawa huge silver 22lbs from Letty's client weighed it on my cuz's digital scale. 36 long 26 girth at fattest point and 22 at dorsel fin. She should have the pics at her web site.

The river is getting lower by the day was at about 1500cfs on Monday, so the
fishing is not going to get better until we get enough rain to keep the flow at 3500cfs. Then it will bust open.
