The first one wasn't too bad but the second picture almost made me puke. I still feel uneasy when I think about it.

As someone who is overweight and has been fighting my weight issue all my life and is looking at surgery as my last option for resolution .... I am offended. This is just not cool. Let's keep this board clean and if you want to have pics that may be offensive just do a link.

WHY, why, oh why... In the name of all that is decent, why do morbidly obese people pose for pictures like these???
