I try to excuse the juvenile behaviour and rancor by assuming folks have tons of stress to unload and this is an avenue to do that. What's frustrating is the apparent political ignorance attendant with the insult incorporated clique.

Republicans and Democrats both have something in common; that is each party has it's wackos. The Republicans just managed to get one of their's elected. I mean really, we had a choice between Bush and Kerry for President.

Did Bush lie? Come on, who knows, it is really just a matter of opinion. If it wasn't, Bush would be gone, as in impeached. I should mention that I am a little tired of retired generals and others with some B.S. story to tell being quoted on both sides of this issue. Lets face it, if these people really had any credibility we wouldn't see them on some right wing or left wing talk show. I will just use the Iraqi General quoted above as an example. If he was really credible, wouldn't the Bush/Republican PR folks have him front and center to gain support?

What do I think about the Iraq War? Well, we haven't had the resolve to really win a war since WWII. We have Korea, Vietnam, and now Iraq. I see a pattern developing here and both Democrats and Republicans have a hand in all of them.

while it is more accepted to be more rankerous in this forum than other forums, it is still just bad form to make every post some sort of cow joke about women.....
you might not understand than many of the folks here are friends and sometimes the slams are between friends..... we know eachother from the fishing board.....you might not realize it but this is actually a fishing forum and that is the commonality that we all have in common except you.

I guess you can't fight city hall even when you admire the source of their avatar. However, I felt I was responding in kind to the verbal offal generated by auntym and lupo. Kinda like Animal Farm I guess some are more equal than others. In case you haven't seen the bit before, the line of questioning about beating your wife is a classic take on the prosecutor asking a question that cannot be answered in any sensible way.

Current posts from the far right compare poorly with TK's in substantive content.

You know ol' Elvis is still reading these posts, and just shyts himself daily because he can't spew his venomous insanity at anyone here anymore. No one was more clueless, well except Krusty, maybe. But Elvis had the most convoluted sense of reason and logic; it was as obscure as the "experts" he'd C&P.

I don't believe his online persona was genuine, anyway. I think he made it all up for what ever reason. Too many things didn't add up, and too many other things fit too neatly together.

Bottome line is that he wasn't who he claimed to be and that makes him one big Loser in my book, whatever that's worth.
