Hmm... Haven't bought those before. You might want to buy men's pants and then have them hiemed.

For fishing clothes, I really have had good luck with Orvis (have petite sizes) and Cabela's.

and once we hit January it is very hard sometimes
to get something wintery.

I tried to fit my wife into a couple pairs of mens military wool pants and they fit diferant in the crotch then mens.Definately go with a womens cut.

Or try polar fleece pants instead. You can get sweat pant style/thickness and layer that on polar fleece thermal underwear.
