You take care of yourself and the others in you unit. There a lot of south sound salmon breathing a sigh of relief knowing you won't be around for a while. You are a definite plus to this board with all your shared information. Its individuals like yourself that makes this board a pleasure to come back to. I appreciate all the tricks you have taught mel. Keep your tail low and your spirits high and you will be back at Green Point before you know it. Let us know if we can send you anything while you are away. We look forward to your return as the King of South Sound.

I just check my copy of murphys laws of combat that hangs of he wall here. I did eight in the corps and they all ring true. here are a few that you should keep in mine.
in coming fire has the right of way.
If the enemy is in range so are you.
Doing anything can get you killed ... most of all doing nothing.
The last one is the one to remember. Indession is the biggest killer in combat . make a dession and go with it. if its a bad one work with it. You guys keep your cantines full, your safey off and your ass down.

PS, on a lighter note - I'm working on an even bigger spud gun than the one I had pictured in the Snoopy thread. We're letting our brat heads ferment, just send us the coordinates and we'll fire off some supporting fire for you from Forks! If nothing else, they'll stink them out of hiding for ya!

Duty is duty, take care of business, take care of yourself and your buddies. Ive never had to make the sacrifices you all do but I sure as hell appreciate knowing you all are out there for our country and our family. I'll be thinking of you and your family. God bless you
