I'm just curious how other guys did the last week on the Nooksack. Personally I saw, heard and had some really great days fishing. I find it odd that the game department claims the runs in trouble but every year it seems to get better and better and who knows how great it probably is during mid March and April when it's closed! Thursday I only fished for four hours for four fish, and the fish I got were spread out within a four mile section of the river. Two chromers, one hen spawned out and one buck in full color. It's great to see and have some good fishing for a change. It's just a shame they close it just as the season really is getting going!

WORD~~~! the Nooksack is close to its peak right now and its hard to tell how good the fishing could be in another couple weeks, awesome I am sure.
