When I went fishing with you up there, you were guiding twice a day. Last year I heard about limiting it to 1 trip per guide per day. Seeing the percentage of locals and businesses who think guided fishermen put too much pressure on the resources, I was wondering if they made it a law. It will be stupid if they do that because it will initially raise the prices and it will eventually attract more guides and back to square one!

Also some of those percetages don't add up to 100. Not even near 100. What is the deal with that?

Just one trip now in king season on the Kasilof SH ... Kenai will likley have the same this year for early run fish.

Moritorium on new guides is in place on the Kenai and will likely be in place soon for the Kasilof ...

Nice concept, but it didn't really achieve the effect that was planned as now everybody books fulldays instead of half days and more manhours actually on river.

Best news is that Kenai guides maynot be able to swtich back and forth ...
