Check out your computer and the local public library. Though in your area the Library might be difficult. Try the index on Tower Video online or something similar. Also, check the Frank Amato Book site and other similar trout related websites for complete video listings for steelhead.

I really like the Bill Herzog drift fishing video. I think Frank Amato is in it too. Filmed on the Oly Pen and pays alot of attention to reading the water and technique. They are a bit overenthusiastic playing the fish but the scenery is great and the info is awesome. I also bought a 'Fishermans Heaven' compilation tape at the Puyalllup a couple of yrs ago. Not so much info but entertaining if the rivers are closed/blown where you are. Herzog available at Sportco.

What ever happened to the "Fishing The Northwest" TV series with Larry Schoenborg (sp?). Are there any archives out there? Best of's on video? They had some pretty cool clips that were short, sweet and to the point without being overproduced. Great music too (by Dave Grusin ?). And what's Larry doing these days? Did I hear correctly that his son is the one making Brad's Wigglers.

Mooch,
I'm sure the Larry S. videos are available. A good fishing magazine might be another outlet worth exploring. Many of the "fishing-video" companies are published in a list or ad in the back of the magazines. Good luck1

Oh, and if you've got OLN in the afternoons you'll find Trout Unlimited T.V. and Fly-Fsihing T.V. to name a few that have a different theme than the "Bass" shows. The Outdoor Channel too sometimes has some salmon/steelhead and trout related programs. Check out the one with the two Canadian girls from B.C.....

Check this link out: http://www.fishwithus.net/flyfishing.html If your into flyfishing related stuff for steelhead,(there are some non-fly fishing steelhead video's to watch at your choice look through the index) go click on the T.V. link in the contents. It's pretty cool you can actually watch many programs/shows right on the net! Good luck! Darin

Go to the Fishermans Heaven web site and you can order videos.. Rob does a great job.. best fishng videos on the market...I have a bunch of them as we get absolutely nothing related to fishing on TV down here on the SC. They videos are about $12 each or 3 for $30.. I have watched them over and over and over and over and over again and still enjoy them... but maybe that's just me.. I also save my STS mags and read them over and over again as well... I like info!
