There is a Whiskey Dick Triathalon every year that ends here in Eburg. I believe they have to swim across the columbia at Vantage, bike up the Vantage highway, and then run in to town. No way in hell I'd ever do it, but I REALLY want a shirt!! http://www.whiskydick.org/

Mixed company considered I can think of at least three other events that would make a much more interesting 'Whiskey Dick Triathlon'....

Hmmm.. Sign up is on 19th Street... warm up and such... walk through campus, stop off at Moore Hall and/or Sue Lumbard to refuel... Then down to the Tav briefly before continuing on to make the Oak Rail, Mint, Horseshoe, and Palace loop.... Drunk bus back to location A for the second leg of the triathalon.... That is... if you can still walk on your two legs. You really need to be a seasoned Ezburg playa to attempt such a race.

Idaho is full of that type of stuff. Just read that they re-named a mountain at a eastern Idaho ski resort because people did not like the name "Marys nipple" How would you like to live in a town named Athol??
