Well, we finally did it. Monkey Boy has been fishing with me for many years and has been really wanting to get a mounter. Here is a picture of a beautiful Silver Salmon fresh from the ocean that he flipped a #4 Vibrax spinner to in a little side channel. It really fought like a champion and Monkey Boy did a great job on it testing his new G. Loomis to it's max. We had to chase the "hog" down many sets of class 4 rapids before easing it into our net. Monkey Boy is so excited he almost did a number in his waders. Wow!!! he says. I'm gonna mount it and also have the meat smoked for Easter dinner. Yummie-yummie. I got a great tip from him today. Might have to go buy a new Calcutta or something expensive now. I'm so happy. Anybody want some smoked Silver? It's gonna be so good. His partner, Jim-Bob from California says "Man, Monkey Boy, that is a nice fish, please can I get some of the goodies when ya get it smoked." I'll give it to my mother-in-law. We didn't get a weight on it but it has to be in the world class for river caught Silver Salmon. What would you think he weights? Here it is for you all to enjoy. Thank you for looking, fp

Are you sure those weren't class V rapids that bad boy went through?

It all boils down to this - I'm right, everyone else is wrong, and anyone who disputes this is clearly a dumbfuck.

Look....pretty colors. Is he going for a "skin mount"? Think they'll find enough? Monkey Boy is a bad-mutha angler.......everyone I know would RUN from that thang.

I don't know what's funnier. The fish or why you called him Monkey Boy. Thanks fp, I haven't laughed that much for a while.
