Thanks for the kind words. My whole family all took it hard. My 5 year old the worst. He wanted to look at pictures of her, and I had to defer that one to mom. I didn't think I could do it yet. We do have another lab, she is actually offspring from my dog we put down. Needless to say, she got a ton of attention this weekend. She's 9 now and still a good hunter and great companion. She still crawls up on my lap like she did as a pup... I plan on getting another pup in a while. The downside to getting another is setting yourself up for having to go through this all over again. Thanks again.

So sorry to hear of your loss.
I look at my 6yr old yellow lab and know that that day will come.
Breaks my heart to think of it but it also makes me appreciate the things we do now.
She still goes 100mph and probably will to the end.
Love the one you have that much more.
