Someone told me that anythting more than 0.75 watts close to your body would be considered dangerous radiation.

Can you uh, uh, uh ,uh, I forgot - oh well brain damage isnt so bad afterall. Now I wont have to do anymore of these dumb commercials :p

Watts is a measure of electricity. Electricity does not equal radiation. We're near devices that run a lot higher than 0.75 watts every day.

But yes, I work for WW. Seems there's a lot of crossover between our employee base and AT&T's, quite a few of the people I know used to work for them. Guess it's the other way around too.

I use AT&T because I need it for AK ... service sucks in Forks area. Clients with Verizon phones seem to always have much better signals. Bag phones are good (just cancelled last account in AK with one), but you cannot afford to use the damn things anymore ... no bigger plans availablein this area (Kenai) and my cell bill was pushing $500 a month with it.

Gonna keep my AT&T Alaska phone and get a new verizon for back home in the fall

I'd rather not use one while fishing, especially if the old lady wants to talk to me!

Several towers were put up in an area of SW WA that have blighted the skyline. Is it worth it? Especially since most of the locals there wouldn't bother using cells. Several of my buddies there don't even have a regular phone!

I have had Verizon for a year now. I do not get a signal in alot of the areas that I fish. If I do it is usually weak. I had the america choice plan until I realized I was charged for roaming. I now have the Local Washington, Oregon, Idaho calling plan which has no roaming charges. I noticed when heading to the southwest washington river I am more times roaming. I recently had a bad experience with their costumer service. I ended up sending them a lengthy letter to get some billing issues cleared up. I still am going to keep the service for now because I have not seen anything to show that any other provider has better coverage.

sky guy my wife recently upgraded to a digital phone. she purchases phone cards for certain amount of minutes verizon told her they wouldn't be selling the cards for use with a analog phone and that she wouldn't be able to buy batteries for it either so she switched other than that happy with the service both customer and phone. ive been told that i could keep the analog phone in my rig and use it just to call 911 can you tell me if that is true thanks smile
