I was going to remind some folks that the Muckleshoot Tribe is the main reason we had a fishery last year. (Not sticking up for them by no means) The state would just as soon wash their hands of the Sockeye run. Our dear state government can't take their heads out of their asses long enough to realize the benifits this single fishery on economic basis. Point your anger at the real morons. Our state government! I don't think there is anyone on this board that doesn't know how much revenue sport fishing generates. I just can't figure out why Gov. Locke can't understand this?

Locke does understand how much money the sportsmen of the state generate. He's been trying to steal it for the "General fund" for years now and if we don't watch it he'll get it all. This year they were working on monies generated by Duck Stamps which is supposed to be used only for waterfowling. With such a huge deficit, the politicans will will try to get their hands on any money they can for their own pet projects and if we don't make ourselves heard they will take what they can.

I am not interested in debating with you mastercaster,there is no point.I have learned alot from debating with people on this board but it was not from the likes of you.

Fair enough Cleo....... I just hope that my children and their children have the same opportunities I had growing up to enjoy the rich outdoor experiences of the beautiful northwest.....
