I went through the Requested process for king 5...and that is an interesting piece to read.
We buy grapes a lot.
When I was still teaching 3rd, I allowed a student to bring a black widow to school for a few days.
It made me so nervous that I literally had nightmares. I felt that when I'd get to school in the morning, it had escaped and then we started finding egg sacs. You know, 3rd graders aren't too afraid of much, but I think they were relieved when we sent it home. laugh

When I lived in San Diego I used to feed one in the garage crickets. Then on day I was changing to sparkplugs in the truck when I put the hood up it hot some webs but not paying attention I started on the plugs, I felt something on my arm and it was a Black widow spider. I brushed it off and I didnt think it bite me. the next day I had went fishing had to spend half the morning hitting the shore with the squirts and then that night I got a fevor, then I got a half the size of a tennis ball lump on my arm which eventually poped like a Zit. then 4 months after I got the half tennis ball thing again, and then again at 6 months....dont want to sound so graphic but them things are bad news
