Take this as a polite warning from a board member who is not a mod. I believe you have received a friendly warning from both mods, and non-mods. It is time to drop the subject.

Contribute something to give yourself a bit of credibility. Anybody can b!tch. I takes a thinking man (or woman) to come up with a solution.

I believe Fishgal already has a solution in mind.

Jeese...I have been watching this thread at work all day and now I finally have the chance to respond.

First of all, a wise man once asked me, "Why does controversy fall you everywhere you go?"

I wanted to tell him to not be so jealous of my fame and all the attention I recieved but instead I just snickered!!

But all kidding aside, every once in a great while I will post something that maybe a bit over the top and I know that if it is, Jerry-Berry will correct me via moderation. I dont complain, whine, throw out threats etc. etc., instead I realize that he decided it was not appropriate for The Board and I move on.

I do not continue nor do I push the envelope after editing has taken place. I also do not take up the issue in the public in an offensive manner.

If anyone has a problem with my posts then feel free to email me (as many of you have over the years! ) or Hell, start a poll. Subject it..."Should Sparkey Be Banned?" and thus you can see what the masses think.

I know that despite your shortcomings you do have a sense of humor so I posted the poll you suggested. I thought you and others might get a kick out of it but it seems that paranoia and preconceived notions caused someone to assume that there may have been maliciousness in the intent. You probably know better but if you were offended in any way I apologize.

Because the picture on the TV was turned off and the audio left running the board members were left in the dark about the whole thing and unable to respond in an appropriate manner. Bummer! They missed some lighthearted entertainment and a chance to have some fun and maybe even get a laugh.

In any case, I decided to "simply change the channel" and move the remains over here where they appropriately belong and let them "gratefully die" in peace.

Cut the kid some slack......what is said must be judged by its intent.

For example: Let me tell you the story of the blond nextdoor. She boughtt a new Lexus and after a day driving it around she came back into the dealership and was upset that she couldn't get the radio to work. The salesman said " Oh it's voice activated" he said watch....he spoke the word Nelson.... the radio replied....which one Rickey or Willie? The salesman replied Willie and the radio played On The Road Again...........the blond was very happy......she would say Motzart and a beautiful number was played....then she would say Beattles and wonderful tunes were played........one day a pair ran a stop sign and darn near smashed her new car...........she shouted....."Assholes".....and the radio began playing the French National Anthem sung by the Dixie Chicks....................

Sparkey has provided as much to this forum as any other member since this website started. if he is banned this site will suck ( no offence Bob) I'll be honest compareed to what it has been in the past this bulletin baord is kinda blah. I am not going to suggest why except to say that it has been largely infiltrated by peoplethink less of the resource than the original members ( some of whom are still here)

I think Plunker was formalizing what Sparkey suggested.

Obviously the idea itself is a joke, figuratively speaking, to anyone that actually pays attention to the content of the forum and not just what happens to one poster's account.

LOL @ ZL! Maybe someone could just dredge up Sparkey's @$$hooking story and repost it. That might be worse than getting banned.

Still remember the night sinktip all most tricked the spark into blows. We all were ready for anything but there was confussion on sparks face on what to do next. Sinktip let him off the hook.

Sparky is a good person and brings lot's of enjoyment and sometimes good info to this site. But so does Plunker, I wish he would post more. We need more posts from both these fine young and the somewhat older adult. Just got to wonder if the plunk and the spark secretly fish together?
