Definitely Elliot Bay. Seems Fridays are more productive than either Saturday or Sunday.....it seems like a fresh fish trickle in during the week.

Oh, almost forgot. If you don't do well, shoot up to West Point or Meadow Point for some silver action.

I was thinking that Elliott would be a good bet tomorrow but then I saw the river full of nets this morning. What does this do to this fishery? I am thinking it might cause more fish to hold out in the bay more but not sure. If that's true then Friday could be outstanding but if it spooks the fish won't they get a bad case of lockjaw?

I still haven't committed to a location for Friday and wanted to hear people's thoughts.

Thanks. What's been the bait of choice, depth and best hole in the bay. I don't think you need to worry about giving up the hole, as there will be a gazillion boats out there. Thanks guys!

If I were going out to Elliot Bay, I would start in about 80-100 feet of water at first light straight out in front of the Seattle PI building and troll towards the Duwamish waterway. I would use a glow hooch with a green stripe on the side with a herring fillet at about 60 feet of depth. This has produced for me over the years, and worked like magic for My Little brother who boated 5 fish over the course of last weekend. Almost limited on all three days and didnt fish anywhere close to Todd or DH.

Another good spot is out in front of the Marina on the north end of the area at the same depths, as well as along the east shore south of the Ferry terminal.
