Does anyone know a link, phone number or just know what the netting schedule is for the Skagit?

From my computer...these might be old numbers, I don't know: Swinomish Tribe Commercial recording hotline: 360-466-4112. A live person: 466-7224.

Yes, always check on visibility before you go! (if you want to "catch", not just "fish", that is.)

Pretty much figure until it gets cold enough to freeze at the 2500' level the Skagit is going to be out. Visibility is about 2", no exagerating. The face of one of the glaciers that dumps into the Suattle, which dumps into the Sauk split off and this is the result. About mid September is when this will start to clear. Might get 4-6" of viz if we get consecutive cloudy days.

It will be clear above the Sauk but then the river isn't open to catch and kill fishing of salmon. Looks like there will be alot of people fishing for Summer Run Steelies up at Rockport this year LOL.

Jeez - what timing!!!
