anybody care to quess when the pinl run might peak? have some friends coming in next week and would like to take them fishing and the pinks would be nice.silvers better if they ever get here. thanks

Personally I think it peaked this last weekend BUT we are talking the peak of a huge run. So there will be plenty left to target for the next 7-10 days.

Neah Bay and Sekiu keep saying there's lots of pinks out there. Unless they are Fraser river pinks there's another big slug due for Humpy Hollow.

I am more concerned that I will miss the silver through all this Pink.

There seem to be plenty more comin down the Inlet and limits of 4 Pinks are still the norm on the West side of Whidbey.

I share that concern (missing out on silvers). It's a fun, easy fishery. But hooking a 15 lb silver is just a little more exciting. My next outing should be Sept 5-6th and I think I will fish the Jeff Head area for silvers. But I sure will keep checking the reports being posted!
