gllon of clean sea water plus 2cups rock salt should do nice. also keep them cool/cold. best of luck

If they aren't already, put them in a plastic bag. Add plenty of ice to cover and seal the top of the bag with a twist or knot. Cut a couple of slits in the bottom of the bag so that the melting water will drain off. Place the bag somewhere so that the water will drain freely away (so that the bag is not sitting in it's own melted water). Do not place in a bucket or a cooler where the escaping water will simply pond up inside the bag. The bait should be fresh, firm and scales in tact the next day. You could add a couple of tablespoons of salt, but I find that isn't really necessary.

Thanks for the info but I decided to try my own brew...

equal parts of non iodized salt, brown sugar, and nonfat dry milk don't ask me why...
but I am a milkman so I have to add something I can relate too wink

Not to mention one other ingredient wink

I will let you know tomarrow when I get home,

Minibear how long are you going to be there? Heading down there sunday evining to fish monday, Last report was the 250 ft line approx 14 mi out cordances for the 250 straight out are N46 54.793 W124 28.457 they seem to be just south of those cordances good luck and tight lines, hope this helps, Doug

That was just about where we were when we got onto them and let me tell you....we got into them. Hooked about 20 between the 4 of us we limited on silvers and lost a couple kings great time pretty rough on saturday with a strong north wind but nobody got sick and everybody got fish wink I will be back out there on Friday and Sunday....Can't wait beer
