Dams and clear cuts are less harmful than tribal netting, that is redicilous, all are harmful and tribal netting is right up there. Yeah good idea for keeping the fish counts up, put a gill net in the river that doesn't filter native/ hatchery fish steelhead/ salmon and kill all of the damn fish, sounds very productive and healthy. I'm not bashing I am just putting the rotten meat on the table and because it smeells and its not fun to experience people get a little hot and bothered and uncomfortable. Well welcome because this is the climate where problems are solved and the spin is no longer accepted. In response to the size of a tribe, well the last time I checked it doesn't take 250 people to run a netting operation. I concede their are great tribes out there and great native americans but just like the single individuals or single businesses that polute and toxify our society they must be dealt with using an iron fist and a midevil on your ass type of attitude.
