Jerry, please provide some guidance here. My belief is that all topics are fair game as long as the conversation is civil. Am I correct on this?

Yes, we reap what we sow.

If we could just stick to fishing related topics (like other fishing BB's boards do) we wouldn't have this problem.

Instead, we tolerate (actually encourage) those who post NFR crap.

Fishing related posts are FAR from free of mud slinging. You can get called an idiot just as fast if your fish "WRONG" as if you vote Republican.

By the way Slab I thought you said posting and responding to NFR topics on the internet BB's is for LOSERS!!!

Check the record...NFR topics almost always extend to triple digit posts...while fishing topics barely get into double digits.

As far as NFR #'s exceeding FR #'s, I pointed that out myself and addressed on that NFR thread about some political candidate. It only proves my point.

Slab...you have to have more patience and be more open minded like me...Be tolerant and not so confrontational.....just go along and get along...OH I almost forgot...post some interesting fishing related topics so we can give this a shot....

BTW... I just had the best week of salmon fishing in my life.

My favorite river finally came up last weekend and It was unbelievable...First three cast 3 silvers I could of had my limit on my first 2 casts but since the majority of these fish are hatchery we were releasing chrome buck silvers looking for hens. A few were pushing the 20# mark. Lets just say the "locals" were not to friendly when they seen us releasing 15# chrome bucks... Oh well!

SO...

Does this mean we can't bad mouth the seals?
