There are silvers still up the Island from Possession and Mutiney. I have read reports of good fishing in the last couple of days at keystone and Lagoon.

Wolverine posted on another thread that he landed a Chum at Keystone recently, so keep an eye out for them as well.

Well I made it out today and got some fishing in before the wind kicked up. Did'nt make it to the west side of Possesion like I had wanted to(30 kt. winds reported at Admirality) and after seeing the gillnetter sitting off of muck. city park I decided to stay in the middle of the channel as those guys dont usually like to make open water sets and I figured fishing along the shore would be a waste of time. Not much showing anywhere and what little did show was down deep(80 +). Set the rigger down to 90ft and started trolling with the wind. Hit my first fish, which came unbuttoned, about 10am just as the large squall hit the area. Hit the second fish, a 5lbr so brite it shone, about 10:30 and decided to call it a day. We'll be having him for dinner! Will try again tomorrow! Did see 2 Hershel sized sealions eek working the river mouth and each had a nice sized silver in its mouth cry

That's an interesting report Chaser. In September, I was having my best luck closer to shore between Mukilteo and Shipwreck, but the last couple of times out, I've caught my silvers right out in the middle between Possession and Shipwreck. My fish last Saturday were bright too, around 5lbs. I did see some readings of fish close to shore, but they weren't biting last Sunday. Do the Indians net all week?

Not sure on the netting schedule. The Tulalips have a hot line for the fishing schedules(360-651-4605) that you can call any time. Only problem is the area designations are different from the wdfw's
