Are the Coho gone in the Sound? I may have a chance to find out tomorrow. I heard some say they are all up the rivers.

Nice avatar Grandpa... thumbs

Couldn't tell you for sure about the sound, but there are a few left in the estuaries of the Canal.

If it were me I would search the estuaries... If you find'em they'll be shallow, 20 ft or less...

I remember doing really well in october outside the mouth of the nisqually. I used to fish the beach by the powder warf. Its gone now but the sand spit with the barge on it is still there, Hint Hint...

G2,
Stopped by harper pier yesterday (Area 10) to see what all the people were fishing for, expecting Chum's. But in the hour I was there saw 3 nice nickle bright Silvers caught, so I'd say there are still some coming through.

I just got an invite to go out of Edmonds today...looks kinda windy but we'll see. I have heard that the silvers are there but down deep with the bait.

I think there are now definitely few and far between at the Shipwreck. I was out there Saturday afternoon and didn't even get a bite. The only action I had was navagating the waves.

The "where they're biting and where they're not" report in the Seattle Times indicated a few were caught by Edmonds and brought up the the Everett Launch.
