Emptied my rain gauge at midnight last night and as of noon today its at 5" and still raining hard.

Even in beautiful downtown Hoquiam thats a lot of rain.

At Lunch, North creek in Bothell rose 7 Inches since I drove by on my way to work this morning. It has been a solid downpour here all day.

I'm thinking of planting trout in the dog pen out back.

5 inches? That's too bad.

Yeah, I didn't even think it was sporting to swing at that one.

I emptyed my raingauge at 6 pm and it had 6", now it has only about .25" since.

Don't know how much rain I got, in inches, but I'll tell you that the Sky is threatening my backyard. It was pumping near 90,000 cubic last night. For those of you who don't know, that's about the third highest mark in 100 years. A good solid 6 feet over flood stage.
