The answer to that is easy Jacob. Next fall go to your favorite chum hole and see if the dipsh!ts are still draggin' em up and kickin' em back. If they are, call the enforcement hotline. wink

Sure, give us the snail mail addresses for those on the commission, and I'll gladly fire off a letter denouncing this proposed regulation, and supporting a state wide wild steelhead release regulation.

Unfortunately, I honestly believe my letters will fall on deaf ears.

Your all blowing smoke... Thats a clearwater brat B-run and there is no proposal on the books to stop people from lifting and taking pictures... Might think about this... you washington guys can't even agree to release all wild fish... how do you expect to pass a law that bans taking pictures of something that "could" wind up in your cooler...

P.S... To the guy that said that picture was in central washington.... as if..... Thats the lower Clearwater,,,, everybody hurry over but don't forget to pay your approx 100 dollar fee... Its been a big deal this year... it seems that someone in Washington told everyone that they don't have to buy an out of state licence to fish the Clearwater.....

Me and one of my fishing partners fished the clearwater last december when the water was low. We did the Pink house to Peck float and just slayed em. In One tailout we hooked and landed 33 steelhead in 2 1/2 hours, just amazing fishing when you hit it right. Most of the locals were fishing the deep swirly holes. We opted for the water we were use to fishing, the tailouts with with big potato bag size rocks that were 2 to 8 feet deep and just had a blast with float and eggs.
Peace

B-run you are right, we caught fish there that were 40 and 42 inches long and wieghed only 16,17 and 18 lbs. To get a 20 pounder there I think it would have to be at least 45 or 46 inches long. Those fish are very long and skinny , like a torpedo.
But then again those guys probably have 12 inch penises.

PS: It's not enough to say you don't have a chance for change, I have been reminded many times "if you don't ask the answer is always no."
