OK, h20,

As president of the "Keep NFR off the PP main page" committee, I have to say..

That's pretty funny.

But I ride a unicycle (w/o the pink suit) AND I like to sleep. Where does that put me? I have been called a "redneck hippie".

Oh, and BTW,

Free Tommy Chong!

I tried to post the unicycle once before but Jerry helped point out to me that it might have been in the wrong context.... wink

Only fitting that dude was riding around the Haight area of San Francisco....

I go to SF on business quite a bit and see the pink unicyclist all the time. I have seen many interesting things in SF. Last summer I was standing in the Financial dist waiting for the light to change the woman in front of me squats down and drops her pants and pees right in the street. Must have been a few thousand people around and very few even noticed. She stands up ,zips up and crosses the street when the light changes. It is much more of an interesting city than Seattle. People from Seattle compare themselves to Sf all the time but it's not even close. It was hard to admit beacuse my family has been here for 150 yeares and I do not care for Calif. for the most part.

What's they person behind the guy on the uni staring so intently at? Definitly some strange ones down there. Wonder if it's the water down there?

King, I haven't ever heard of ANYONE in Seattle compare this city or themselves to SFer's. Never really though anyone would want to. Now maybe Portlanders? I could see that.. LOL laugh

how about these?

Here is the problem though people

Neither conservatives nor liberals occupy any positions of power in this country. They are all occupied by career polititians who when elections come around spout certain beliefs then when the election is over they start on their agenda of making themselves and their friends richer and richer and not giving a damn about you and me..
That said the pics are funny

they indicate to me that the liberals are off in la la land running after their own pink fantasies and the conservatives slept through the lecture then still wanna tell people how their opinions are facts.
In the end we are all fallible human beings lacking judgment in about every issue under the sun..

WOW..San Francisco is more interesting than Seattle because more people pee on the street? Actually they have a huge problem with that. Last time I was there I saw a person who appeared to be dead laying in the middle of the sidewalk. Hundreds of people rushing off to do their thing and a bunch of them were just stepping over the body. No one was paying any attention so I assumed it was an every day thing. A really small condo costs almost a $million dollars and parking down by China town is $20. It's a great city if you want to see what liberal policies will get you in the end.

Slab..you and H2O should get together and ride those unicycles around in circles while passing the bowl back and forth...then you could sleep all day afterwards.

My motto has always been: "You can sleep when you're dead."

So "pinky" is a regular fixture on the streets of San Francisco, eh?

Let me see if I've got this right?
If I fish a pink worm and have a "Pink Worm Dude" decal, I'm a liberal. But, if I nod off while I'm plunking, I'm a conservative.
What if I do both? confused

I think if you wore that pink outfit on the river you might get shot by a redneck liberal while the conservative guys looked the other way or slept through all the excitement.

and Slab..if I ever see you on that unicycle I will be forced to beat you...all right then

Wrong G'Pa..... A liberal would never shoot anyone... He would just try to convince him that he was "okay" and it was society and the rich elites fault for his being the way he is.... Then send him to a lawyer.....

AuntyM....you and Slab can out maneuver me all day long on your unicycles....I'lll just jump in the Suburban and run the two of you down...that's the conservative way isn't it? I could just see the two of you on a bicycle built for two pedalling around Haight-Ashbury..maybe you could rent one of those three seaters and invite H2O to sit in the middle so he could pass the bong back and forth???

Actually Rob a more accurate statement would be: " I worked my butt off for what I have and I don't want to give it away to those who chose to complain about their plight and ask me for a hand out instead of working their own butt off for what they want."

Or maybe you would like this rendition of the Golden Rule>

He who has the gold makes the rules.

grandpa the laugh indicates a sacrastic or joking tone smile
I was pushing the conservative side to the extreme as had been done earlier with the liberal side... Both sides seem to want the world revolving around what they want and nothing else.

In the other hand nothing exemplifies the welfare system more than hatcheries. handouts for fishermen.. We ALL get some kind of perk from the government we are not "entitled" to. We just tend to want to limit what other people get... and with that i'll stop seeing as how this thread was intended for good humor and not debate.. laugh smile
