I can't locate the information that you asked me for about the strays in the lower Cowlitz at the moment. It is most likely located somewhere in the huge volumes of information that I received in the past years of attending the relicensing and technical committees.

I have sent an email off to a biologist named Kevin Molone, who worked on doing most all of the fishery studies. As soon as he gets back to me on which study it was noted in, I'll let you know!

It is also possible that Tacoma has all the information, but did not list it in there relicensing studies. Either way, Kevin should know, and I'll get back to you when he lets me know where it can be located at.
