I'll bet you can guess the general area, but the spot isn't as easily accessible as you might think...
...hehe, the only thing I packed in that day was my waders.

I have been lucky enough to catch very late summer run(dark w/lots of color) fish while salmon fishing and early brat fishing. Usually I tend to find them in the latter part of Nov. ?? It has happened the last 3 years I believe. Probably the only reason these fish are making it is due to their often diverse run timing, I think nature has a way of sprinkling its seed around

The summer I caught up on the cowlitz yesterday was a lot darker than the one you got H2O if I hasd the money he wouldve made an excellent mount. I didnt have a camera with me but he was a beauty.

the fish Ive caught on the eastern side of the state are gold colored and very cool looking, on this side the coloring is darker on top, but its all fun

Yup, it was just like H2o's fish  except add a couple of pounds. This fish was so GOLD it glowed in the water, it lit-up like a marlin or sailfish while fighting as it was plenty pissed about not being able to play with all those chrome lady-brats he was hanging with!!...C/22
