Adipose Soup Juvenille at Sea Registered: 09/18/03 Posts: 139 Loc: Richland, WA	I heard a rumor that the reason the fishing has been slow on the upper Columbia was because somebody (the Corps of Engineers maybe?) was doing repair work on one of the fish ladders and it was closed for awhile. Is this true? If so, has the ladder been reopened yet? Anyone?

Pasco steelhdr Juvenile at Sea Registered: 11/14/03 Posts: 101 Loc: Pasco, WA	Dont know of its happening right now. Guys clean up fishing below closed ladders then I hear about it 3 weeks after they repoen.
