Tacoma Power has made this "news release"

Kresky Ave. in Chehalis. Anyone interested in Tacoma Power’s Cowlitz River Project is invited to drop in any time during the open house. Information about the fisheries and hatchery management plan as well as other plans related to implementing the new federal license will be available."
This will be the only time or chance that you will be given to "drop in" and tell them what you think about "their Plan"! I hope that every fisherman who enjoys fishing the Cowlitz will "drop in" with the rest of us and tell Tacoma Power what they can do with there Plan! It's time to put these stinking rotten money hungry power companies into there place. Please come to this meeting with us, and tell Tacoma Power where they can put "their Plan". Tacoma will try to make this meeting a "love fest" and try not to answer the really hard questions that fishermen will be asking about "their Plan"
In numbers we are strong! Please come to this meeting at 4 to 7 pm and raise a little hell about Tacoma's Plan for the Cowlitz. If we don't stop these greedy SB's here, other power companies will follow Tacoma's Plan, and will soon be developing their own "plans" for a river near you! Please come and stand by our sides and put this huge power hungry company on notice that we are not going to let them destroy the Cowlitz fishery anymore then they have already done!
We must insist that Tacoma Power must be required to do both and EIS and an Economic Impact Study on their FHMP before it is allowed to go any further. If you folks think that the winter steelhead runs were bad this year on the Cowlitz, wait until Tacoma fully implements their proposed FHMP. No agency or Utility should ever be allowed to sneak in such a huge "Plan" without first going through the SEPA and NEPA process first!
Then and only then, should the plan be released for "public comment"! This is nothing more then a "back door deal" between the people who signed the settlement agreement with Tacoma, to cover their own butts! It's time to make them sit in their own dirty dippers!
