Do they both work equally?

From my LIMITED experience it appears to me the Flatfish run better with less tuning.

And while we're on the subject, I saw an ad for a new banana plug by Blue Fox. From the picture it looks like they have little slots on the side whereby it might be easier to do the ol' sardine wrap. Are they out yet? Has anybody tried them?

I would definatly go with the quick fish. this would be a good topic for a pole. As for the blue foxes i have never tried them but they have them a teds. They look just about identical to aa quickie though. Hope this helps

Jersey, you mean you've never tried a Kwickie with a banana wrap? Deadly on chinook over 40 lbs. ;\)

If i'm in "springer" mode...on anchor of course, I go with the K13, no bigger....just me...For steelhead i use F7's in the Summer and you would be suprised how many big ,late Summer/early Fall Chinook attack that tiny little red wiggler. \:D I would say stay with Kwikies for Springers.

I've found the M2 Flatfish runs a little truer than the K14 Kwik, but I usually use K16, K15, or K13 Kwiks and I like them better than any of the Flatfish.
