Last winter while fishing the Elk river in Southern Oregon a I found a custom rod and Calcutta reel that someone had lost in a boating accident a few weeks earlier ( I have no idea who they where or I would have given their rod back ) anyway the rod is custom made but the only markings are "Tobey's custom rods" and the word "Elite" nothing else ...I was wondering if anyone has heard of this guy ? Just out of curiosity I would like to find some specifics on the rod ...Thanks ....Von Warner
