It's all coming together finally:

1. kids have next week off from school
2. spouse is out of town Monday and Tuesday on business
3. I am therefore "forced" to take a couple vacation days \:D
4. river anchor, buoy, and sea anchors are ready
5. Kwikkies are modified and leaders are tied
6. camping gear is all locked 'n' loaded
7. Bonneville counts are breaking out

So, we'll be headed down Sunday afternoon and staying until Tuesday. We'll be fishing a super-secret zipper, Mayger (oops, dang it).

Now watch they'll shut it down at the review meeting this Thursday

Hmmm, that looks remarkably similar to my laundry list, but you are way ahead of me:D

I had to do some "minor" boat repairs today which always takes longer than expected. I have been glancing at all my camping gear but haven't dug in yet.

It'll all be done tonight though
Good luck down there!

I think I forgot to thank you last fall for the directions to that Sockeye creek....thank you! My son and I enjoyed watching them cruise upriver.

And...we should share info this summer-fall of salmon. I fish 2-3 times a week out of Shilshole. I go as far N. as PNP but usually stick around Shilshole. I also go to the San Juans and Neah as needed.

Seastrike, I am glad you and your boy got a look at those fish. Fun stuff.

I would love to hook up this summer, I'll be all over this year with my wife gradutating from UW Biz School this June, I'll be a free-fishing man again! ...or so she says.

The summer lineup incudes what looks to be a adjusted season for Elliott Bay Kings, Sockeye in the BIG LW. A 2 'Nook Limit on the Skykomish June through July. Kings at Tulalip, Coho, fishing derbies, Seiku....on and on....I cant wait!

Some of these fisheries are speculatory, but from what I hear almost a done deal.
