Well I guess I'll have to get out of the boat and go stomping up and down the Cowlitz and Kalama. After I finish the amazingly large hunny-do list I have amassed during this springer season.

Plenty of good fighting SRCs in the salt and dumb easy trout in the lakes. Also mix in a couple springers in the Cow/Kalama and you will be full on your weekends.

Headed to the Yakima River. Should be a great hatch of Caddis going on, try to catch some of those big ones.

Think I'll hang out with the wife & kids for the next 3 weeks, enjoying the sun, who knows, maybe squeeze in a round or 2 of golf, then spend all summer in (Ak) chasing (Kings) around, \:D its a tough job (really ;\) ) but someone has to do it!

Either the NFL or the Kalama this weekend. The Sandy is a possibility.

The flows on the NFL were bumped up just a tad the past day or so. It might help the fishing. The Kalama is low and clear, even for summer fishing. But the summer runs should be coming in along with the springers. The weather should be sunny and warm. Not the best for fishing, but it'll do.
