If you want some discussion on Parker vessels, go to "Thehulltruth.com" web page and check it out. Do a search and you will find lots of stuff, mostly east coast stuff. Check out some of the hurricane damage on that site. I do have a friend that has a Parker and it is a very nice boat.

Fellow board member "Bucket" is a friend of mine who has a Parker (23'??) and it is an awesome boat! He calls it a poor man's Grady! Tons of deck room for two buds to air-guitar "Freebird" too, , and it handles the rough water very well!

Seastrike,
I have a 1991 23' WA. I really like the boat, have had no problems with it other than it doesn't wash and wax itself.

Sol,
The boat is sitting and waiting for me to arrive on Wednesday. Hopefully NOFISH can get away from the desk and come along. How was your trip yesterday?

I just spent a long weekend on a friends Parker up in Ketchikan. He has a 1996 2330. Very nice boat. All business. Built like a tank. It cruised all day long at 26 knots with a 225 Yamaha. Handled 3-5 foot wind waves at 20 knots with ease. I on the other hand was green and at the edge of puking all day!

Best boat out there for the money. I helped a friend find and purchase one of the 25' models and it is the nicest fishing platform I have been on in that size category. I swear there is room for a ping pong table on the aft deck. To many options to list but a sweet boat for sure.
