I'm sure there were a few caught but I lost one at daylight and didn't see a net out the rest of the day. Yesterday we hit two at daylight and nothing the rest of the day. Very spotty fishing right now.

Anyone have a couple of open seats? My mom is in from Illinois and since the rivers up north are toast I'm hoping to get out in the sound. If you have a couple open seats please contact me at obdoc@verizon.net

Fished the evening tide change on Tuesday and managed 1 fish before it got dark. There was a little chop and rain so I was sure glad to have a top on my boat. Saw a couple of open boats out there and they reminded me of all the years I spent out in the rain and wind. Didn't seem so bad then, but I am not so sure I would do it now, guess I am just getting soft in my old age.
Be careful coming out of the Everett launch, it looks like the rain in the rivers has started the annual down river log migration. Lots of big stuff in the water!

I was out there last night too. I saw a couple of those guys out there without a cover I ahd the same thoughts of my last boat. I saw a couple of those big logs out there. Those will leave a mark.

I only made it out for an hour or so. Didn't get squat. Firdt time out without even a bump never mind a fish.. I was in front of the docks then went around the corner to the in the big chop.

Oh well that's why it's still called fishing..

I was out in the Trophy with two flags

PMARTIN, I am sure I saw you guys. I was in a 17' Arima with the canvas up.
How deep were you guys fishing? I hit my fish at 65' trolling south into the chop just south of the Muck boat launch. Tried depths from 40 to 95 and that was the only hit I got. Didn't see any other fish caught, but I was hiding behind my drop curtain most of the time and it is hard to see through the plastic when it gets dark.
I monitor 68 on the vhf sometimes, if you get out that way again give me a holler, name of the boat is dawgfish.

Yep, I saw ya. I was also going South and you were just ahead of me when you did your turn. I turned not long after you. I think I passed you on the way in, looked like you were pulling in your DR's. You and I were the only ones I think left on the Muk side? I worked from 35' down to 95' with two rods. Most of the time I was around 55', no action though.
