Yup, I checked it out with my kids in between innings of the Red Sox game. That the Sox won the World Series, now thats out of this world too .

Twas very cool. The bending of the shadowed image showed me that maybe the universe is warped and does wrap back onto itself rather than go on forever.

Awsome sight!!! I think it made the fish bight on a Chehalis trib we ran to after work tonight. In 1 1/2 hrs we hooked 8 kings,2 silvers and 1 chum. Doesn't get any better than that!!

I had no idea there was an ecilpse till I saw your awesome shot. I quickly grabbed my camera headed outside to catch it midstream. Here's what I got. Wish I could have caught it earlier coming over the city in that orange glow of the early rise. Oh well maybe next time. Cheers.

When I first went out to take a peak at the moon, it looked just like Bob's shot but she was still behind the trees so I really couldn't get a good look.

I figured if I gave myself another hour, she would of risen above the trees and thus I would of had a great look.

But then I got wrapped up in the Game...

And when I finally stepped outside to take a look, it looked just like Mooch's first shot.

Oh well......

Yeah I almost decided to do my bike ride after i got off the river knowing it was a full moon but glad I didn't because it was pretty dark for about 30 min. I am suprised I still have all ten fingers after the bitter cold I exposed them to on the ride up this morning, and of course I leave my gloves with my boat where they were useless.

Good meeting you schwicker, I'll pry be down there within the next couple of days or god forbid the weekend. After 2 straight days of fresh water for miles I don't know if I could handle the competition, although there is chrome to be kept. Those big uns sure are fun to tangle with in between. That hole you sat up into, I'll try to be there all day on the 1st or 2nd so feel free to crowd and offer up a beer.

Thanks again for giving me a hand loading, I was not in any way driving my truck down that "road."

Windy Bill and I got a great view of the moon as we saw the whole show while waiting for the ferry. Pretty darn cool.

What a great way to end a great day of fishing with Bob!

The only thing that could have made it even better was to cure up a batch of eggs, with a good portion of those coming from Pat Graham! Oh wait, that's exactly what I did!

Got another 12 pint jars curing up in the fridge now!

Thanks Pat for the eggs! I'll bring over a few jars of the Special Cure for ya when I come over for the SRC!

Despite the chill of the evening, had some friends over and we BBQ'd, sat by an outdoor fire and watched the event...
