eddie Carcass Registered: 03/08/99 Posts: 2386 Loc: Valencia, Negros Oriental, Phi...	I have a buddy in town from Cincinnati and we are looking for a place to fish. Our favorite rivers are low and have only stale fish. Anybody fishing Chico or the other side of Dyes Inlet? If you would rather PM, that would be cool. We are planning to go out tomorrow, the 14th. We fished there until about noon and then went to Chico.
