was up there today looking around water is really low and clear... saw a few dark fish jumping down in the lower river.. im sure theres a few keepers around... did hear of a guy yesterday had a heart attack ??? and dieing at ryannvan bar...

All boots.

Disagree with the all boots post!!! Seen quite a few VERY bright kings caught Thursday close to the hatchery. Unfortunately I wasn't one of them. I was the guy with the boots on the end of the line.

Well, Thursday they were chrome but Saturday they were boots. And that is the latest report.

Almost forgot.
Sunday (today) they were boots as well.

Friday we hooked 4 boot kings that all let us go before we had a chance to let them go, saw quite a few caught and only a couple I would have considered keepers, we floated from the gravel bar down to the church camp. I think I talked to the gentleman that died moments before the heart attack, there was an older gentleman on the bar when we launched and he was still there at 4 when I retrieved my truck, he was cleaning fish and we chatted for a few minutes then I headed out, 10 minutes later while loading my boat rescue vehicles started passing by (at least 7 or 8) 1 stopped and asked directions, heard later that night the details and I'm 95% sure it was the same guy.

I guide on The humps almost everyday and if you are catching dark fish then move, there are plenty of new chrome fish in the river, you just have to hunt for them in other places other than the bluff and helicopter hole.
I limited the boat there yesterday by 8:30 am with nice new fish, so just keep searching and you will find em.

I don't think the nets go in until the 20th, who knows , could be wrong.

according to the WDFW tribal net schedual they set in 12:00 noon, mon nov 15 pull out is 12:00 noon nov 20th...

you'll never guess what, I just broke 4 allstar float rods loading them up, I guess I might as well stay home too!!!
