9 foot Eagle Claw Trail Master paired with a Mitchell 301, Royal Bonny 2 line, two big trebles and a spark plug or a BBS! (A BBS is top secret unless you know Wintrrun) All I can say like JNT is- Perfection!

Maybe on my next blow-out day, I'll post some pix of my rod rack in the garage, the wall o gear (biggest tackle selection west of PA), and my Shimano Bantam Collection (almost complete). I remember two years ago when a shop in Alaska had a end of season sale. What did you end up with something like 300 k15's

I am surprised no one has said: 12ft Ugly Stick Surf rod with an Abu Garcia spinning reel running spider wire or fire line braid! I see a ton of them down here during the king run!

My river casting setup is my old LCI 9' 8-15 with my original Diawa Autocast. One of these days I'll upgrade the reel as the new ones cast so much better but I hate to think how many fish this setup has landed!
For my Bugrod it all depends... But for Salmon and Steel I go with my Sage RPLXi 8wt 3 piece with a Tioga Teton 12LA loaded with a Rio Windcutter Multitip.
