12-21-04 report:

"Well, it ain't exactly a holiday spa, and the food isn't very good. But the staff is involved and concerned and skilled ... all of which means that Jennie should be able to go home very soon ... like maybe tomorrow! Home for Christmas!

It will be many many weeks before Jennie has her strength and stamina back. To achieve that, she's got some serious no lifting, no pushing, no pulling, no doin' nothing limitations for a while. Here's hoping for an uneventful and pleasant convalescence!"

Jennie has been home a few days now... a new lease on life.... what a wonderful Christmas gift!

She even wrote her first column on the homepage of her I-fish website since her life-changing ordeal. She describes taking a walk to the banks of her beloved Kilchis River. It was both a healing and exhausting experience. That's one incredible lady!
