Well done Duc!

Impressive. Not that I'm an Engamaneer, but from what I understand, that's really darn hard test to pass. Now, it's time for you to start your consulting business! Serious bucks! Crikey! You can consult for 1 day a week, and easily fish the other 6...and STILL make more money than you are now (probably)! Way to go!

Your right SOL, they are WAY toooooo good to you! If the swelling of your head ever goes down they might start loving you again.
Good job!

Congrats SOL!
That is quite an accomplishment, for anyone. I only wish you were an EE/EMC/PE guy...dang, could I send you some work.
All the best with the new initials!

Good job! I've been there (Chem E) and it's no fun, either the test or the wait for the results. Nice to hear about the bonus too. I've had too many bosses who think the success of their company is their doing. Hopefully, your current boss(es) will realize that you deserve a bonus and a raise.
Cheers,
Delbert, PE (Licensed to commit engineering)

It would seem that a lot of us on this board have engineering degrees.

Sol - Congrats.... but I have a question for you. More responsibility, promotions, moving up the ladder, does that mean more or less time to fish? Sometimes, we have to be careful for what we wish for, if ya know what I mean. In my profession, moving up means less rec time, unfortunately.

pnf: One of the bonuses to my job is working with priciples that are within a year or two of my age, they went to the same high school I did, and they are as obsessed with fishing as I am. As such the values at our firm don't put professional aspiration ahead of time spent outdoors. Balance is the key here ap Map Ltd., unlike alot of the sweat shops some of my other engineering friends work at. Thats why I'm not pushing for a raise (so drop the subject guys---thanks anyway). Congrats on passing the test Sol! My dad retired from the Army Corps of Engineers about 10 years ago after 35 years in service as their Dam specialist. He was personally responsible for the design of many of our area fish ladders! It can truly be an interesting occupation.
He wanted me to follow in his footsteps but cars and computers called my name instead.

Heh. That'd be me! Man, I love my job.....it'd only be better if I could somehow incorporate fishing in there.......
