Thanks guys. Now I won't have to worry about putting on any extra weight this holiday season. I've been sitting here gagging for the past 5 minutes reading all of these but for some reason I couldn't look away.

Fortunately, I purged a lot of my boot photos, but I've got a few good ones left.

Some tule boots to start off with:

A 30+ pound boot tule.....



Another 45 pound Tule Toad:



Can't forget this 32 # tule hen boot that broke my IMX 1025c! In exchange for busting my rod, she "donated" her eggs to me!



A REAL TOAD boot! oof. That's a big fish! Off of the Skeena system. Easily 80 pounds, if not over 90.



And what is it with people holding up nasty dead fish? If that's the case, here's my "dead fish photo."



Here's my last entry. What photo montage would be complete without a nice yummy springer? Ok, now everyone repeat these words after me,

"It was a little dark, but it still had RED meat!" I just crack up laughing every time I see someone post a springer boot and say that!

How about we send this entire thread to WDFW so they can start re-designing the salmon license plate? :p :p

Man I would have to say that last one you put up is the grand prize winner for the thread, Todd. Hands down the top boot in most every qualifying category (chrome-black, snaggle-toothed, jizz-dripping, fungus-balled, darkest, downright ugliest, near-carcass.... the only ones it missed were fire-engine red and egg-spilling). If that boot was caught on a CR trib, it too may have been a victim of the tangle nets.

Geez (or should I say jizz) that guy's knee looks like an entire flock of seagulls shat on his jeans!
