How's the Skagit? Anyone have any luck?

Not sure about the Skagit. I was up on the cascade this past Wed, and I hooked one. Long distance release. Hooked it on eggs under a float.

Was up on the Cascade last Wed. Didn't see much activity except one landed. I managed a couple dollies.

man, look at the hatcherey plants for the skagit. Its the biggest plant this year ( or rather 3 years ago) 513,000 planted winter run smolts. Unless theres a huge problem out in the ocean that alot of fish wont return this year should be positively flamin for metal heads in the skagit.

Fished the skagit yesterday afternoon in the sedro wooley area. Saw three other anglers, and no fish. Not even a hook up. Has anyone else been fishing the Skagit? Any luck?
