Seems like most of the good blackmouth reports have been coming from the N. Sound. I don't know where you are starting from, but I woukd take a look at the Kingdton area. I haven't been out in two weeks so I don't have any current first had reports. As far as what to use - the standard gear should apply here. Flashers with hoochies or spoons fished off a downrigger right on the bottom. Post a report ans let us know how you do.

You have an outgoing tide all morning. If I were going I would fish Jeff Head or Kingston. Good luck as it should be a great day weather wise.

Well we just kind of went out and played on the s. side of hat.... My family and I don't get up here as much as we should, so we were not familiar with the areas. Just kind of cruised my parents new boat and did some fishing off of hat around some structures we found @ 500-600 yrds off the island's coast. Was wondering though, could the structures have been sunken boats? Anyone know?
