ROFL! I've gotta check that thread out stam.
Actually it was no big deal. I went to Dr. Snip. No needles, no scalpel, no stitches. Just nuts that ache, and a good excuse to sit in the lazy boy for a couple days doing nothing. Honestly the worst part about the whole thing was my anxiety. My heart was going like a friggin rabbit.

No worries on the "little package" Aunty. I can bring some goose feed, too. Nothing worse than a pissed off grumpy old goose! ;\)

Yeah, gettin' the 'nads snipped was no big deal for me. I went to "The MAN" at Swedish and it was a piece of cake. A shot to numb each 'nad and that was it. The rest is/was what Neal is going through. Just some sore aching 'nads for a few days.

Just wear those tighty-whities for the week (gotta keep them 'nads from swinging around) and you'll be A-OK.

The only funny story I have about that operation was the post-week "shoot to see what you got". My buddy told me that when the time came (pun intended) that it was going to be 90% PLEASURE and 10% PAIN!!

So, when the time "came", I was geared up for that 10% PAIN....which of course, never happened because my buddy was full of SHIAT!

Anyways, after the deed was done and I was "relieved" that there was no pain at all, I started laughing....which the wife didn't appreciate too much. Called up my buddy right there and then and told him he was an arsehole - more so than me!

So thank you and I’m wondering how much I have to offer/bribe to get some of the ultimate egg cure??????? Keith? suggestions?

Nice. I'll have to hit Keith up for my referral fee. ;\)

He'll limit the boat by noon.

Personally, I'd use a different cure than UEC for springers. At least for this time of year. No worries, as I'm sure Keith will have some "good bait" during your trip. \:D

For sure, no one cure does it all... The UEC has been catching fish but some of our other cures seem to be bringing the meat to the table a little quicker... Got to have variety when fishing salmon, just the slightest alteration in chems or scent will make all the difference in the world. That's why I bring a big cooler full of bait....

Parker,

I'm still wiping the drool and oil from last night's BBQ off of my chin. And the charcoal is heating up for tonight's dinner. I just hate to freeze prime salmon.

You want to see a picture of my dinner plate? Pretty simple, some token vegetables and a slab of salmon cooked to perfection, washed down with a bottle of chardonay.

Or do you mean the whole fish as in grip n grin? Don't have it on my camera; it's on my buddy's. Maybe he'll email it to me. It's hard to smile through the grimace caused by the ruptured disc/pinched nerve I'm living and trying to fish with lately.

Sincerely,

Salmo g.
