Whether or not he should have stuck her in the can with a "ain't gonna get released early" order is debatable, but once he did, the Sheriff better toe the line.

The judge probably called up the Sheriff and made a really easy proposition...someone's going in the can by 4pm today...you or her.

I think the reason behind the Judge's ruling is that she's a spoiled little bitch that's gotten away with murder all her life, and now she finally has to pay for her crime.

I suspect this may be the first real exposure Paris has had to anything close to reality. When all the information is filtered and only the "Gee, you're great!" stuff is spoon fed to the over-protected poop (sounds a little like today's schooling in general), what do you expect? This is probably a really traumatic and questionably healthy event in her life. I think it's called "growing up".

What was her tv show called, "The Real Life" or something like that? Well it looks like it is now.. What a drama queen!

Was she sent to jail for the dui or FTA on the case? I know when i never showed in court the penalty for being MIA became much steeper than the original sin i was appearing (or not) in front of the judge for. Is she in tears because she has to spend her time in isolation (you know she is lonely enough as it is in her shallowness) or the fact that her cell stinks because shes too lazy to clean it ? Rarely will a cell be clean upon arrival. Its up to the new occupant to brighten it up and make that SS toilet shine.

Pornis went to the can for a parole violation...she did not go to jail for her DUI, she had that sentence suspended in its entirety.

She had her license suspended due to the DUI, also, and has since been caught three times driving without her license.

On the final Driving With Suspended she finally had her parole violated, and had to go serve her DUI sentence...

She did not get 3 weeks for a DUI, she got 3 weeks for multiple violations of her parole.
